Cuba – The Next Gay Destination
Though I have not made the trip (yet) myself, many of my American and French friends cannot say enough about their wonderful experiences traveling in Cuba. It’s really not that difficult to arrange a trip there that bypasses the outdated US travel restrictions.

By David Currier -
If we would change anything it would be to make the lanai somewhat larger since we discovered that nearly everyone entertains and dines outdoors! Buildiing time was 90 days from pouring the slab to sleeping in the bedroom. The cost was well under $100,00, furnished. Taxes on the developed lot [...]

Mysterious Puna; The Hawai’i that Time (and Tourists) Forget
By David Currier -
Driving around the Puna District of the Big Island of Hawai’i, the journey presents the traveler with remarkable vistas of forgotten Hawaii; the Hawaii that American’s frequently overlook because the names Honolulu, Maui, and Kona are sunshine-magnets. My sense, though, is that Puna offers [...]

Quepos, Costa Rica’s Spectacular Pacific Coast Stretches Your Vacation-Dollars
By David Currier -
The Manuel Antonio surf is typically ideal for toddlers and even adults who do not want to fight big waves. Flat, power-sand beaches dip slowly into warm Pacific waters, often only a few inches deep for several feet into the sea. Swimmers or sunbathers can sit on fine sand and be lulled by [...]

Vacation ‘in’ The Russian River, U.S.A.
Since 1980, as soon as the tires of my airplane have rolled to a halt at San Francisco or Oakland airports, my rental car wheels have instinctively guided me up route 101 to Sonoma County. I’ve visited the Russian River Valley during every month of the year. Each month offers special gifts to [...]
