If you are traveling independently, be sure to confirm your air reservations between San Jose, Costa Rica and Quepos Airport in advance. The flights are frequently full, so walk-ups are not easily accommodated. Two airlines serve Quepos; SANSA and Nature Air. We’ve used both. If you are bothered by motion sickness, we recommend a motion sickness pill before your often bumpy trip over the mountains!
